Asset History
The Asset History page displays a list of all work orders an asset has been associated with.
To view asset history:

Access the Asset module by clicking the Asset Link.

Locate the asset using the Find Asset tab.

On the Asset Details page, click the Asset History link.
The asset's Logbook Quick List page opens. At the top of the page the name of the user requesting the page and the date on which it was requested are displayed. Each work order the asset has been associated with is listed, in chronological order.
The following information is displayed for each item:
- Date – the date and time the work order was created
- ID – the unique request ID of the work order; clicking this link opens the Request Details page
- Initiated By – the name of the person requesting the work; if displayed as a link, clicking the link initiates an email message
- Property/Location – the property and location where the work is to be done; the location may include the tower/wing, floor, space, and subSpace
- Type/SubType – the type and subType of the work that is to be done
- Assigned To – the name of the person doing the work
- Status/Priority – the status of the work order (open, in progress closed) as well as the priority
- Asset – the name of the asset associated with the work order
- Hrs – the labor hours associated with the work order; either the actual labor hours, if entered on the Work Order Financial page or the Estimated Labor hours, if no labor was entered
- Comments – the current work request's Statement of Work
